Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Requests:

2. Service Cancellation:

  – For monthly or annual subscriptions, cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the end of the current billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period.

  – If you cancel within 7 days of the start of a new billing cycle, you will not be eligible for a refund for that billing period.

3. One-Time Services:

  – For one-time services, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase to be eligible for a full refund. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds:

  – Refunds are only provided if you cancel within the time frames specified above or if there is a service failure on our part. Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to review on a case-by-case basis.

2. Refund Process:

  – Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of the decision. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items:

  – Certain fees, including but not limited to set-up fees, customization costs, and third-party charges, are non-refundable.

4. Refund Method:

  – Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction. If the original payment method is no longer valid, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
