No, there is no setup fee associated with using Whinta's WhatsApp Business API. You can start leveraging the plateform just after the signup and talking any subscription.
While personal WhatsApp usage is free, businesses using the WhatsApp Business API via Whinta will incur charges for customer communications that is being charged from WhatsApp's end.
