WhatsApp Conversation is a 24-hour messaging window that starts when a business sends a message to a user. During this time, businesses and users can exchange an unlimited number of messages, including template messages, without incurring additional charges.
1000 Free Conversations / Month: Businesses can enjoy 1000 free conversations per month for Service category messages.
 
Conversation Costs (for Indian numbers) vary by message category and the recipient's country:

₹0.115/ Authentication Conversation

₹0.115/ Utility Conversation

Free Service Conversation

Multi-Category Charges:  If a conversation involves multiple categories such as Marketing, Authentication, Utility, or Service, charges will be applied separately for each category’s conversation window initiated.

24-Hour Window:  When initiating a conversation in a specific category, you have a 24-hour window to chat with your customers without incurring extra charges, providing ample time for effective communication.

Yes, you can use your existing WhatsApp number with Whinta.  However, before onboarding , You'll need to delate the WhatsApp account linked to that number.

No, there is no setup fee associated with using Whinta's WhatsApp Business API. You can start leveraging the plateform just after the signup and talking any subscription.

While personal WhatsApp usage is free, businesses using the WhatsApp Business API via Whinta will incur charges for customer communications that is being charged from WhatsApp's end.

No, Whinta is a pay-as-you-go service with no cancellation fees. You can cancel your plan at any time. However, please note that we do not offer refunds for payments made on your current subscription or credits.

We accept payments from UPI, Debit card, Credit card, Net banking, Wallet, Paylater and PayPal for international online transactions.
