To set up auto-replies in Whinta:
- Go to the Automation section: In your Whinta dashboard, select Automation.
- Select Basic Replies: Under automation options, choose Basic Replies.
- Click on Create: This opens the auto-reply creation page.
- Enter auto-reply details:
- Name: Give a name to your auto-reply.
- Trigger: Define the trigger keyword or phrase.
- Match Criteria: Choose the criteria (e.g., exact match, contains).
- Response Type and Content: Select the type of response (text, image, etc.) and add the response content.
- Add Variables: If needed, include variables for dynamic content.
Save: Once all details are filled, click Save.
Your auto-reply is now set up and will respond based on the specified triggers and criteria.
